Question
If my queen is in place to take the opponents night which is keeping the King from check and the opponent doesn't realize that his night is this position.  Can the opponent move his night there fore giving me the opportunity to take his king and win the game?

Answer
Hi Sherri,

Thanks for the question.
If your opponent does not realize that his knight is in such a position where your queen can give his king a check if he moves it, you NEED to make him aware of it. He CANNOT move his knight. Its an illegal move. Even after your warning if he moves his knight, u can TAKE his king and WIN the game!
