This is a good question. Tactics are indeed the essence of chess from beginners to masters.
Although your looking for a website, I hope you have studied 1001 Winning Chess sacrifices and Combinations, by Reinfeld. I read it when I was a 1700 and the next thing I knew I was 1900. The beauty of today's technology  is that so much can be found on the Internet. GM Gabriel Schwartzman has an training program that I can recommend to you. He's an outstanding player and longtime chess teacher. Just put him name in as a search and you'll find his academy. A great deal of tactical training can be found free on the Internet. Eventually, if you want the best for any GM or IM training program, you'll have to pay. But, for the most part, it's worth it.
