ok this is driving me crazy.. the above mentioned car has this list of things goin on that some how has to be tied to gether by one thing. first off the car one day just shut off and wouldn't restart. so i figured cps so i replaced it still no start.. here is where it gets interesting..when you turn the ignition to the on postition with the car cool and sitting for hours not running the coolant fan starts to run.. i replaced the relay and the fan still runs. and the car wouldn't start if the fan ran.. now io changed out the coolant sensor , still same thing goin on. now its not every time you turn it on that the fan runs.. i think the car is possessed, anyways if the fan is not running the car will start but when the fan kicks on it seems like a huge power draw is happening because the engine bogs down... does it seem like a voltage regulator to you that might be messed up ? i ran a diagnostic with the onboard computer and it shows no faults as per my haynes book... HELP ME PLEASE THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS !!!

Hi  it sounds like the fan circut might be drawing or draining juice from someplace. if it will run without the fan on than I would check out the wires that the fan is on or I would just re-wire the fan to a differnt hot wire and see if that will help. the fan relay might be bad.
