Chevrolet/1992 Chevy Lumina "Dash Lights"

Hi Roger,
I have a 1992 Chevy Lumina Sedan that I am very, very proud of. This car is better than "Show Room" condition and I like to keep it that way....
This past winter, the Dash Lights quit working, and I have checked all fuses and breakers under hood and right now, I am lost as to what might be the problem...I shutter to think about taking it in to a "Shop" with an electrical problem..Any Ideas? or whats your thoughts..HELP

Ken, You checked all of the fuses , did you check the back running lights as when you loose the dash lights the tail lights go out also, on g.m.s any way check the back bulbs and if need be all of them as a bad bulb can do crazy things, and re-check the fuses or remove the fuse and look at it good, and if still no lights check dash lamps and see if any are blown , but first the fuses than back bulbs as it is most likly a little thing,

I can help you with most standard type things from 1955 chevys up to around 1975 (1975)>> chevys in differnt areas. engine work heads-cams-trannys-drive train-brakes-some elect. dos and donts. PS UP TO 1975 !! !!!!!!!!!!! I will try with any others after that date. state up to 1975 but I still get 2006-007 etc. I guess you do not read this far ! !

All i can remember growing up is working on cars and making them loud and fast , and when i started to make money i would sink all of it into my cars so i could get them to go faster and look great. what else is there !I would love a challange to trouble shoot, as it is fun finding what is wrong when all others can not .ON the older cars not past 1975s , etc. so please I will try to help with the newer cars but do not grade me bad if I can not help your 2006 car.etc.
