Question
Low gas milage- I have changed Spark plugs and wires, air filter,
fuel filter and oil change. what else can I do to get better gas
milage? It also dose not idle evan it sounds like a miss but just
at Idle. I have had the thermostat change but it still runs a little
hotter than it should, have any ideas? the engine is 2.2 letirs

Hi Amy, the leading cause of poof fuel milage is a defective oxygen sensor,and also could account for rich fuel (causing the miss at idle). The oxygen sensor should be changed as regular maintenence,its quick to change and is not that expensive,its screwed into the exhuast manifold and looks like a spark plug.
