 HI  there is a small clip that you must pinch than just pull the blades out. - or to remove the whole blade -
you would do the same - but in the center of the blade arm, there is a clip there also. just push it,but be real carefull not to let the rest of the arm go as it might fly back with force and crack the window.

 Hea ! ok the whole arm , you will have to grab the arm with one hand and than with a tool or screwdriver you must lift up on the bottom of the arm where it is pushed on to the shaft. it will come  right up and off. it is pushed on to the shaft and the shaft is splined so it will NOT twist off and do not try to turn or twist the arm , just up and off. be carefull of the window as the arm has a spring and it might go boing!  into to glass.  ok
remember where the arm was so you put it back on the same way .
