Chevrolet/1999 Chevrolet Cavalier Front Bumpers Turn Signal

Question
My family recently purchased a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier from a private seller.  The right turn signal, when activated, made a quicker blinking than usual.  I noticed the right signal on the dash also remained on when not being used.  I assumed it was one of the turn signals were burnt out.  The front right blinker on the bumper (not adjacent to the headlight) didn't work.  I looked in the manual for what bulb and how to get to that area to replace the bulb, but it offered no instructions for the bulb or how to replace it.  If this is something an average person can do, what bulb do I need and how do I replace it?  Otherwise, if it requires special tools or anything, I would take it to a mechanic.  Although , I feel replacing a bulb should be easy.

Much appreciated for a response!

Answer
Hi Derek, it  is simple to replace a bulb and you dont need special tools. You can get the bulb at you local parts store. To replace it just remove the screws that are in the lens and the light will come out so you can gain access to the bulb, just push the tab and turn the socket to remove it from the lens. I hope this helps you if you need more info just let me know. Regards, Keith.
