My Tahoe air was not working and found it had a small leak in the air conditioning system. Had it repaired and recharged. Now it only blows cool air, not cold.The lines are ice cold. Someone told me the swing door from heat to cool may not be totaly closing when the control is turned. Is there some way to check? With the conditioner off and control to max cool for outside air l do feel slightly warm air.

Hi Doug, did the shop check the temputure when they recharged the system, They should have thouroughly checked it at the shop. The heater/Ac doors are operated by vacuum, there may be a vacuum hose off or something has it jammed. If your going to check it yourself the first thing you need is a manuel, this will show you what to look for and where to look. A detailed manuel will save you its cost in no time with useful information. I hope this helps you, if you need more info just let me know. Regards, Keith.
