this couldnt just be the 02 sensors or the map sensor. why would only bank 1 be running lean

my car revs up to 1500 rpm for a minute when you first start it until it warms up a little than it idals down to normal. also when your set on cruise at 35 or 45 mph it is sluggish it goes than it slows down than it goes and slows down and it keeps doing it. when you punch the gas it does the same thing its very sluggish it goes and slows down over and over again.

 HI  - I would look at the   idle setting , or the cruise cont. might need to be adj. or the computer re set. you do not wish for the gas pedel to stay to the floor. or stick on you ... I would have the computer checked.

 Hi  , yes it could also be the map ,or the o2 , etc. if you can put it on a computer to see if any codes come up that would be the best thing to do ,, I would first change the map sensor , they do go and I would replace it  first. can not hurt. but if you can put it on a computer , that would be the best bet
