I have a 93 camaro and the security light has come on. At first the car would start and run until I get up to 50mph then it would shut down. Now it wont start at all. The engine will turn over but will not start.

Answer
With the security light on it shouldn't turn over at all. Which is weird. Usually the chip reader in the steering column goes bad or is dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

But in your case you might have more than one problem. I would check the fuel psi to make sure the fuel filter isn't clogged and the fuel pump is still in good working order.
