Hi Roger,

I have a 94 Chevy Caprice (Police) that drives beautifully (65000 miles!). However, couple of days ago when I was driving 25-30 mph in city, the engine suddenly stalled. The car did not restart and I had to tow the car.
The battery had full power, oil-level perfect, however what I noticed was is that the fuel-gauge was falling from left-to-right and back erratically. The car was low on fuel but I had no warning light coming on, and I put in 3 gallons from a canister, no help.
Please advise, the car always ran like brand new before.

 Hi  well you should have a meter put on it so you can see what codes come up ,as they will tell you what is wrong, it could be the fuel pump or the timeing chain etc. I would look for spark to the plugs first. but with out a computer on it you will go crazy looking .
