I have a 94 cavilier that wont start. I have lights, radio wipers, i checked and cleaned the battery terminals and checked all the starter connections. still will not crank over, i then tried to jump the terminals on the starter and determined that the starter was bad, installed a new starter and still will not crank over. i then checked all fuses and links and all appear to be ok, when you turn the key i get all the usual indicator dash lights- nothing abnormal. I AM BAFFELED...

   first off did you check to see the out put of the battery  as you can have the lights on and radio , etc. but still no type of turning over sounds if the battery is low , did you try to jump it with another car with cables.
and how is the fuseable link  and all other cable conn. i would try to start it with a jump . to see if the extra battery will help you .
