Have a 95 camaro 3.4l  this winter had a couple of what I thought was gas line freeze.  car would turn over but not start.  it would thaw and start.  Now it has not been that cold and it has done it again.  It sounds like the fuel pump is running, I have shot with starting fluid but it wont fire.  It sometimes chugs but wont fire.

First thing, if you haven't changed it in a while, change the fuel filter. Don't let the gas go below 1/4 tank or all the debris in the tank clogs your injectors.

If that doesn't help you will have to hook up a fuel psi guage to the car and see what kind of fuel psi you have.
