we have this camaro with a3.8 in it.we just had the heads rebuilt after the car had been sitting up for about eight months and now it starts and drives but has no power just bogs down like its not getting enough air or gas or both and it taps and makes noise when idle but seems better when driving but not really good?

When you put the heads on, did you use thread sealer on the head bolt's threads?

Check the oil to see if there is any coolant in there or white sludge. Also see if you smell coolant from the exhaust.

How is the oil pressure? Is it lower than normal?
