Question
when I run my air conditioner, the passenger floor inside gets soaked.  What could be wrong?

Answer
Hi Cathy, the water is condensation from the evaporator inside the dash. Thats normal, but there is supposed to be a tube on the bottom of the tray that dumps the water outside your car, that tube must be broken. someone may have had the dash apart and broke it or didnt put it in place when they reassembled it. I hope this helps you, if you need more info just let me know. Regards, Keith.
