Question
1999 Chevy Tahoe has new tires, balanced and wheel alignment.  On acceleration, 50 - 65 experiences excessive front end shakes.  Stops after a while.  When rapid acceleration/load on engine front end shakes then smooths out after a time at a constant speed.

Answer
Hi Mark, have your tires rechecked for balance on a high speed balancer, when they balance them ask them to check for a bent rim. Have a mechanic check the cv joints to see if there is one starting to sieze. I hope this helps you, if you need more info just let me know. Regards, Keith.
