If you disconnect the outlet side of the fuel filter, should the electric fuel pump - pump all the gas from the tank

Answer
Not all unless you keep turning the key on and off. There's usually a wire by the PCM that you can short to keep the pump on all the time. Its a black wire with a clip on the end with nothing attached to it.

Otherwise you could just turn the key on and off till its empty. Be careful to stop as soon as the tank is empty or the fuel pump will overheat.
