Chevrolet/Leaking trunk

Question
My trunk is leaking from the right side.  I have been in the trunk while someone sprayed my car.  The water dripped in from the top right side.  I've brought my car in to the dealer and explained the problem to them and they just sealed up the seams and told me the leak was no more...
But its still leaking... After having a look at my trunk while it was closed i've noticed the rightside of the trunk is raised a little more than the rest of the trunk. The whole trunk is slightly slanted with the right side up high and the left low.
-How would I go about straightening the trunk?...
The part that is slightly raised is near the rear window.

Answer
Hi Jacob;
        Water leaks are a pain in the neck ..
Did you look to see if any water gets in  from the lower part of the rear window ..
And as far as the trunk it will have to be re-adjusted .
or you might be able to shim or try to move  the rear hinge
on the trunk. -  or  -
  You could try to get some silicone in a tube and try to build up the area and put a second strip of rubber on the bad side and seal it good , and see if that will help .
