Question
This light keeps coming on, no matter what I try. I check the oil, and keep it full, and the water too. The car runs fine, even today I traveled 35 miles with this light on, with no problems. What do you think is causing this light to come on? Thank You. Chevy Corsica-1992-Four cylinders.

Your vehicle is equipped with a bunch of sensors. Once one of these sensors goes bad, your check engine lite will come on. You will need to bring the vehicle in to your local garage, in turn they will hook up the vehicle to a diagnostic computer, this will give the mechanic the trouble code, and tell him which sensor is bad..
