I have a 2000 Metro LSI.  The radio has no brand name on the front with front & rear speakers.  It has 9 buttons on it in addition to the display.
pwr/vol  am/fm  display
         1-2  3-4  5-6
rcl/tuner   <seek/seek>  audio   up arrow/down arrow
How do I set the time or the preset stations?

Answer
There should be two tiny little buttons that you push with the tip of a pen to set the time.

To set presets, put the radio on the station you want and hold down one of the presets 1-6 for about 3 secs or until you see or hear a flash or click. Repeat for each station and preset button.
