Chevrolet/Squeaking sound on Chevy Malibu

Question
I took my 2003 Chevy Malibu in for overheating. They replace the intake manifold gasket for $537 and then I noticed a squeaking sound, it sounds like crikets. I took it back and they replaced the tension thing and a belt. Now it is still squeaking. It is not the brake sensor because I know what that sounds like and this is more like crikets as I am driving. Help!

Wow I did not know it would cost that much for a intake gasket , but there is a lot of labor involved. I wonader if the noise is the belt tension wheel , the tension on  it is to keep the belt tight and it could be that , it could go away when the new belt wears in and if not you might wish to replace the tension unit if it gets real bad . I replaced the belt on my silverado and it to was making sounds like crikets (LOL) and it did go away after  100 miles or so.

All i can remember growing up is working on cars and making them loud and fast , and when i started to make money i would sink all of it into my cars so i could get them to go faster and look great. what else is there !I would love a challange to trouble shoot, as it is fun finding what is wrong when all others can not .ON the older cars not past 1975s , etc. so please I will try to help with the newer cars but do not grade me bad if I can not help your 2006 car.etc.
