2 problems,
1)  Being the daughter of a mechanic I like to try and fix the things myself.  My passenger side power window will not go down all the way and then it will not go back up without focus.  It almost seems like the window needs a nap to get back up because it just gives up. Is this is motor, switch or a lubrication problem?
2)  I have an issue with the passenger side rear strut and I read a recall about a stabilizing arm hoping is just may be that.  Would it be? I also heard it might be the bushing which I know is like $8! I makes that awful rattling sound when I hit bumps and it's driving me crazy.  I haven't gotten under to inspect it yet but do you also know how much a new strut would be?
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this...

Hi Meaghan, I need to know what the make and model of your car, to know what to tell you. I will be happy to try and help you. Regards, Keith.

Sorry about that, it's a 1996 Chevy Cavilier

Answer
Hi Meaghan, it sounds like a bad window motor, but it may just be off the track. remove the door panel and check if it moves freely, if it does its probely the motor. The rattling in the back is probely a strut or a strut mount, these cars have had problems with both things. a strut costs about 50 - 60 dollars, a strut mount costs about 10 - 20 dollars. I hope this helps you, if you need more info just let me know. Regards, Keith.
