the ac will blow sometimes it is cold if you hit a hole  it will blow and then it goes low again. do you have any ideal where the fan is located .or any ideal what that might  be.

Hi Anj, it is most likly to be the fan motor. It is located on the right side under the hood,and is not that difficult to replace, depending on the year of you car(all i got about the year was 199). I hope this helps you if you need more info just let me know. Regards, Keith
