no brake/turn signal, do have hazzards,checked brake switch with ohm meter, all fuses and bulbs 96 chevy lumina sedan

It has to be either a fuse or light unless the wiring has gone bad and shorted somewhere. If that happens a bulb will still go solid or not light. I would still guess a bulb. When you check the bulbs, look at the 2nd filament inside to make sure its intact. Sometimes one burns out and the other doesn't.
