Chevrolet/1999 Chevy Suburban will not start!!! Help!!!

what is your fuel pressure? should be 60psi. theft light stays on? ck for codes? p/s pump motor locked up, holding serp belt.

Have same problem. Been in and out of shops. Checked everything. Changed everything. I now believe it's the security system. It cut out the fuel pump if the car is being stolen. Looking for more input
