i have a 1997 chevrolet malibu my fan donot come on until temp gets to 220 is it the relay or water pump and where is the relay fan box or switch help help ......
First you need to verify that your fan is coming on at all. Do you have two fans or one? Sometimes the low speed fan doesn't come on in which case you need to swap out the fans.
Does your car blow heat? If so, its probably not the water pump unless you see coolant leaking.
