I need to know the hp. of 3.1L  a 91 chevrolet lumina euro.Automatic trans, it has 122,000 miles has been taken good care of.  Should I start changing all of the sensors or wait till I suspect a problem? car runs fine! I changed the top tork engine mounts.
need this car to run for a while, my truck was flooded do to HURRICANE. My neighbor says I got a good deal $800.00. tranny & engine seem to run smooth through the gears..only thing that bothers me is a lot of sqeeking noise coming from the rear struts, I belive the place wear they mount is wore out. Any input would be helpful...

HI HOWARD;
      I WOULD NOT GO CHANGING EVERYTHING IF IT IS RUNNING GOOD BUT I WOULD CHECK TO SEE THAT THE FAN BET HAS BEEN REPLACED BECAUSE IF IT IS THE ORIG. ONE AND IT GOES IT WILL COST YOU A LOT TO GET TOWED AND A NEW BELT PUT ON . AS FAR AS THE NOISE IN THE REAR IT MIGHT NEED SHOCKS, ETC.
JUST GIVE IT A GOOD LOOK OVER AND CHECK ALL HOSES AND FLUIDS ETC. WAIT TILL IT NEEDS WORK =- OK.
