1991 chv caviler v6 i need to know how to pop the ingnition so i could get it out of park so i could get it out of the backward so i could junk it thanks

I am not going to tell you how to pop the lock because how do I know that you're not trying to steal the car.
If all you want to do is move it, you can pop the shift cable off of the transmission to take it out of park.
If you are planning on having it towed away, the tow truck should be able to drag it to a better spot so he can hook it from the front.
