Question
I have a 95 camero lr1 3.4. its seems to be overheating, but i'm not losing any coolant, can this be caused by a bad exaust pipe?

Answer
Exhaust won't cause this.

Do you see any white smoke coming out of your exhaust? Does your exhaust smell like coolant? If so its a bad head gasket.

If not, make sure your rad fans are coming on and change the thermostat while you're at it. In rare occasions it can also be the rad cap.
