I have a cmplete engine from 84 camaro.This is a computer engine,can I  use this engine with existing carb and ditributor without the box? I am putting it in a 40 chevy.I am also using the 700r4 tranny anything I need to do with that?  Thanks

Hi Jeff, if that is fuel inj engine you will need computer or if you wish to use carb, you will need to change intake which may require redrilling holes in the intake to allow bolts. trans will need so have something to control lock up, unless you leave it unhooked.  hope this helps
