Question
When I start my car, the air conditioner, trip computer and cruise control will not work.  After 1-3 minutes they will all of a sudden come on and start working.  This does not happen all the time.  Sometimes it will go 2-3 days working just fine.  Also, sometimes the cruise control will go off all by itself.  It then takes 2-3 minutes to restart.  I have checked all the fuses that I can tell pertain to all 3 parts.  I have only owned this car for 3 months and the problem started a couple of weeks after I  bought it.  Help!

Answer
Hi Renee... check to see that when you start the car that the ign switch returns to the run position. if it is off a little contacts in the ign switch may not be lined up. you can adjust  the switch if you think it is not returning to the right spot or move the key a little either way to make sure switch is in the run position... if that doesn't helps it could be a bad connection somewhere in the wiring harness...hope this helps
