Question
The instrument cluster on my 2004 Chevy Silverado will not work each time I start the truck until I've driven it a few miles.  All the fuses are fine.  I hear it buzz when it starts working.  Is there a relay within the instrument cluster that might be the problem?  Thanks for your input.  I really appreciate you volunteering.

Answer
No relays that I am aware of. Your most likely suspect is a problem within the cluster that will have to be sent out for repair. However, It should have test procedures performed via the factory service manual BEFORE you send it out to be sure that it IS the cluster and not in the computer.
