Chevrolet Repair/vacuum leak in the intake

Question
I have taken my truck to the chevy dealer and they ran a diagnostics test on it since it has been dying while idleing.  How do I find this leak and where is it located?  The dealer said that it was a massive vacuum leak in the intake.

Answer
Hi Eric... if you have a vacum leak in the intake the best thing to do is take the intake off and install new gaskets torgue to specs and that should solve the problem... there is no other way to fix a vacum leak at the intake...when you do that also check all your vacum hoses for any cracks and replace the bad ones...hope this helps
