Question
My brake pedal started to travel to the floor. The brakes would still work.I
replaced the master cylinder but the problem still persists. How do I determine
if the hydro boost is the problem. My power steering is still working though
recently has failed me momentarily the belt is tight. There are no visible fluid
leaks. Please advise.

Answer
Hi Daniel.... your problem won't be in the hydro boost system...if pedal is going to the floor you have a leak in the brake system... or too much travel in the brakes...check the calipers, lines and or wheel cyls for any leaks. check that you have enough pads or shoes as worn ones will cause excessive travel in the pedal...if you have rear shoes adjust them up...hope this helps
