i got 96 chey 4 4 1500 not getting power to the fuel pump relay is clicking

Hi Robert... Is there power to the relay when you turn key on...if you do jumper the relay and see if pump comes on...if not check the plug at the pump for 12 v when you turn key on...if you have 12 v relay is ok...pump is bad...if no 12 v jumper the pump, if pump runs change the relay.... hope this helps
