Question
I have a 1996 Chevy Z71 and I have had to replace the fuel pump 3 times. What is going on?
Hi Vern... when you replaced the pump was the fuel really dirty. is there a lot of dirt in the tank?. if not check the voltage to the pump. check for clogged up lines and dirty fuel filter... were they pumps aftermarket ones or OEM replacements...i have had considerable trouble with aftermarket pumps so now i only replace with OEM...hope this helps
