Question
I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 with Pushbutton 4WD.  I put it in 4 LO to put it on ramps to change the oil and when I tried to re-engage 2 HI it wouldn't change back.  I changed the pushbutton switch on the dash, checked the Xfer case fluid, and disconnected the battery to try to reset the system.  I was wondering if you could help me out. Thanks in advance.

Answer
Hi Anthony... try tapping the actuators on the front end and transfer case... they may be stuck... also check fuses....you should engauge 4x4 on a regular basis so they will not become stuck. make sure your in N when you try the change...hope this helps
