I have replaced fuel pump, relay and my van still is not running.  I am only getting 1 volt when checking.  I am puzzled.  It seems as though there could be a short.  Can you suggest anything?

Hi Brenda...check the pump itself...depending on what year you van is there is a fuel pump bypass wire . put power to it and see if pump runs... if not check harness at the pump for power... if you have power there for three seconds and pump don't run replace the pump...short could be in the pump... hope this helps
