Question
Temp. guage in cluster not working. I have a new temp. guage with a copper wire and a fitting for the engine, where can I put this in the engine? If I use the spot that the old sending unit is in, what do I do with the wire from it, the new guage doesnt have a wire

Answer
Hi Cory... you will need to leave in the orig temp sensor as the PCM needs that info for the fuel management system the gauge on the dash doesn't matter as long as computer can get a reading from that sensor. if you want to install manual gauge look around for an old style thermostat housing that had vacum tree on it... remove vacum tree and install the new sending unit in that and install the housing.hope this helps
