I Have A 1992 Chevy Truck 5.7 I have got to poor fuel into the throttle body to cet it to run and then it run fine until i switch it off.

Hi Tim...take air cleaner off.look down TBI while someone cranks it over...do you see fuel spray...if not... check PCM for inj referance on start up..also check fuel pump relay, make sure pump comes on for 3 sec when you turn on the key..if it doesn't check oil pressure switch if fuel pump relay is bad fuel pump will not come on till you have oil pressure. if both fuel pump relay and oil pressure switch are bad it won't start. if everything seems to be good check fuel pressure. if not enough fuel pressure at start it will not open fuel pressure regulator.hope this helps
