Question
Hi,
I tried fixing my Blazer 2000 that's stuck in 4-hi. The suction is constant and keeps it in 4-hi at all times. What is the device on my transfer case? I can't see where hoses connect to.
Thanks

Answer
Hi Devon.... it is an actuator... and it should be electric. tap it a couple times and then try switching it to 2wd. vacum should be a pot on the bottom of the passanger fender under the hood...it is controled by vacum switches on the fender. if you have full time vacum at the pot then check the switches...the pot has a cable the engauges the front drive axels...hope this helps
