Question
I drive a 1983 Camaro with delay wipers.Recently when I try to use my wipers, I have only 1 speed which is high, and when i turn off the wipers, they return down to my hood, but they keep moving as if there is still power trying to make them continue working.Bad motor, or possibly bad switch.

Hi Dennis.... i would check the switch....but if you only have one speed that is usually the wiper motor....unplug wiper and check to see if you have power at the plug thru each speed setting...if you do then it is motor... if not then replace switch.... hope this helps
