Question I have a 96 chevy express van.I repaired the ac system last summer and it did well.After setting all winter i needed to ad r134a to system along with a can of leak repair. It did fine for a little while.Now the compressor will kick off but if I rev the engine it will kick back on for a short time and kick back off. what can I do?
Answer hi charles...your problem could be two things...one, not enough coolent...or bad pressure cut off switch... try putting in another can of R134A...because when you rev itup it comes back on i would be inclined to believe that it is just low....hope this helps
