Question
I have a 01 Tahoe and recently after not driving it for a couple days the battery is dead. New optima battery so I was a bit ticked. Tonight after shutting it off after about a minute the high beam light on the dash and the cruise light went on by themselves. I opened the door and they went out. Shut it and a minute or so later on they came. Any ideas here? No outside lights just those two on the dash.

Hi Eric.... i never came across that before but that should not be enough of a draw to kill the battery over a couple of days... check the drl module and see if unpluging it turns off the high beam light...check cruise for a short... if unpluging the drl module turns off the light then have it checked to see if it's defective...hope this helps
