have a 1998 blazer when i first start it,it will run rough until i drive about a 1/8 mile then its ok when i shut it off and restart it the same thing happens.what could this be?

Hi Jo...when was the last time you had a tune up?... if not too long ago check the fuel filter and or put in some inj cleaner...could be some dirt floating around in there plugging up an inj or the filter...maybe fuel pump?... check the fuel pressure when cold, could be a sign of pump going...check wiring connections, maybe loose one or corroded....hope these suggestions help
