i have a 2000 k3500 1 ton 4wd 6.5 diesel pickup i need to know how to relearn the variation crankshaft

Hi Richard.... all relearns are done thru the computer, start truck and allow to run, computer will then relearn it's factory settings after being disconnected. what did you change that you need to unplug the computer for...did you install a chip? or programmer.
