Question
my wipers recently gave out and are now stuck in an upright position.  Could this be a fuse?  I was able to locate the fuse panel under the hood but could not tell wich fuse it was.  Am I on the right track or is this a completely different problem?

Answer
Hi Susan... could be a fuse or bad wiper motor... location of the fuse will be in your owners manual...there should be 2 fuse panels on that car... one under the hood and one under the dash.quick test is to unplug the wiper motor and using a test light turn on the wipers and check for power at the plug...should be power in each prong as you change wiper speed and one prong is ground....hope this helps
