Question
How do you get the wheel off a 1991 Chevy Caprice? Does this require special tools? My son just bought one (his first) and needs to change a tire but we can't get the wheel off. Can you help? Thank you so much!

Answer
Hi Anita.... first is it an alum wheel or steel...does it have a lock nut ... if it does there should be a scoket that came with the car to remove that nut...remove all lug nuts from the wheel and rim should come off the hub...if it is siezed to the hub try spraying a good penatrating fluid in and around the studs and wheel centre...jack up car and hit the tire not the rim from the back side with a sludge hammer....hope this helps
