My back window in my chevy all of a sudden stopped rolling up the motor is working and every once in awhile we will get it up a little but then it slides right back down. We are thinking it is just off track but I can not find a manuel on my car and do not know how to get the panel off. Could you please let me know how to do this. Thank You

Hi Laurie.... it sounds like you have a bad window regulator...you will need to remove the door panel... look at the new one and you will see which bolts you will have to remove, it is a cable drive system that bolts to the inside of the door and the bottom of the window track....they are not bad to change... not like the old ones...hope this helps
