1. Is vacuum hose to add freon on right hand side or in front behind radiator?  2.  Engine noise increases dramatically when at stop light, almost like roaring sound?

Hi Kevin. the line you need to attach hose for adding R134a to is the low pressure side. the hose will only fit on that line and you need to find the fitting, it usually has a blue cap on it, sometimes red. it will be the only fitting that the hose that came with your refill kit will fit on....engine noise when you stop could be your cooling fan comming on...check to see if you maybe have a bad temp sensor making it run more than it should... hope this helps
